Sometime in , my boyfriend and I drove to NYC, sort of unplanned. It was a last minute thing, as we were craving for a road trip, so as soon as our schedule cleared up, we took the drive.
I wasn’t really planning on writing a blog about my travels at this time, and these photos were taken from an older iPhone that I had, so I tried to edit them as beautifully as I can. On my future travels though, I promise to take better pictures, but hopefully, these are enjoyable enough.
Our plan for this trip was to actually kill two birds with one stone. The bf has cousins who live in New Jersey, so we wanted to spend some time with them as well. We stayed seeking sugar daddy Tucson at their house for a few nights, and also hung out in Atlantic City and Philly with them.
While in New York, we stayed at the Hudson Hotel. It was a boutique hotel on 58th Street in Manhattan, across the street from Central Park. The hotel was quite stylish and had a very chic appeal, which means pretty but uncomfortable furniture. ?? Our one bedroom suite was quite roomy though for a New York hotel, although I heard that the regular room could pretty much fit nothing but a bed.
It felt very New Yorky inside – had that urban and “trendy” feel. It wasn’t exactly the type of place I was looking for, but I understood that in NYC, I was pretty lucky to have a spacious suite. The location was excellent, but the whole ambiance wasn’t something that I would normally prefer. The lobby and the hallways were quite dark (their style), but it did have a young and classy vibe, which I dugfort wise, I wouldn’t recommend it, but it did have a pretty cool New York character.
It’s not that I wouldn’t not come back to this hotel next time, but I would definitely love to see other options
The view from our suite. They say that New York is the city that never sleeps, but at night, all I could see on the streets were a few people walking, probably just getting off work.Read More »I loved how this park filled with trees was right in the middle of this busy city
